La Casa

Bought our dream home, La Casa at Woodlands Feb last year. Has been keeping track of the progress since then. Heard fm fellow neighbours tat swimming pool is ready and the developer is planning for an open house in Jun. Very excited, quickly went down last week to take a look. Thou the workers are still doing up the interiors, the progress of the exterior looks good. The swimming pool is filled with water, function room and gym seems ready for use. My hb & I were looking out to the pool, dreaming we are sunbathing beside the pool, cool....

We went over to the other side of the road to see our unit. Aiya, our windows are not fixed yet, thou those below us oledi done. But it's good progress since the last time we came. Agent say thou TOP is beginning 2008, good chance tat we can get our keys at the end of the year. Gd news for us cos our AD is in Dec. But counting backwards, we hv to get our keys by Oct, then can be ready b4 AD. We ask if there is a way to get our keys earlier since the keys will be given out in phrases. The agent gave us a no. to call, but when my hb call on Mon, nobody seems to pick up. Will try again next week, hopefully got good news then.
